CHRIS POOLEY

Director & Lead Trainer

Chris brings over a decade of military logistics and training experience to his role as Director and Lead Trainer at INSTRUCKT. After founding the company in Exeter, he set out with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality, hands-on training that prepares individuals and businesses across the South West to work safely, confidently, and professionally.

With a background in the British Army, Chris brings structure, discipline, and precision to every course, while his approachable style ensures trainees feel supported from start to finish. He holds a wide range of accreditations—including ITSSAR, AITT, NRI, FAA, and a Health & Safety Diploma—and leads training across areas such as forklift operation, first aid, health & safety, and LGV/HGV licensing.

Chris’s values—Integrity, Excellence, and Empowerment—are at the core of everything he does. His practical, real-world approach to training continues to make INSTRUCKT a trusted name in professional development.

JOHN MOOR

Executive Trainer

John (Franky) Moor began his military career in 1999, serving as a driver in the Royal Logistic Corps. In 2006, he transitioned into instructional duties, initially qualifying as a General Service Driving Instructor. Since then, he has delivered training across a wide range of specialist areas.

His instructional expertise includes first aid in transport environments, health and safety in hostile regions, and he holds a ROSPA Advanced Driver (Gold) qualification. He also specialises in Dangerous Goods driver training, as well as licence acquisition in categories B to D+E. Franky has conducted over 120 driving examinations throughout Hampshire and Wiltshire.

In addition to his transport and safety credentials, Franky is qualified in weapon handling instruction across all general service weapons and has led numerous live-fire range training packages.

CAMERON GRAHAM

Marketing Manager

Cameron is a multi-disciplinary marketing professional with a background in graphic design, brand strategy, and creative direction. With over a decade of experience, he brings both artistic vision and strategic insight to every campaign.

As Marketing Manager, Cameron leads the development of brand identity, digital content, and marketing strategy—ensuring every project is visually compelling and aligned with business goals. Known for his collaborative mindset and eye for detail, he creates work that’s not only polished, but purposeful.

Blending creativity with technical skill, Cameron is passionate about building brands that resonate. His approach is always focused on clarity, connection, and delivering results that make a lasting impact.
